Deposits
· All new client services require a consultation.
· At the time of booking services discussed/agreed, a deposit will be taken.
· All deposits are redeemable against services booked.
· Persistent non-compliance may incur, 100% deposits being charged at the time of booking.
· We reserve the right to take deposits within the month of December or for large bookings.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done 48 hours prior to your confirmed appointment.
Failure to follow our cancellation/reschedule policy will result in –
· Any deposit paid for the service being cancelled will be non-refundable or transferrable.
· A cancellation fee, up to the full amount for the service booked, will be charged.
Late Policy
In the event, that you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will be treated as a cancellation.
